In 2020, in the process of preserving the legacy of a local family distillery of five generations, the project "Distilling Heritage" was born.​ The project involved recording and photographing the heirlooms and archiving - digitising 425 historical documents of the distillery. The outcome of this process was the publication of the book “Distilling Heritage” which contains curated photos, texts and old recipes. Every object and document that is presented in the book, tells a story about the family process of distillation and reveals memories and family rituals of old times.
